With his guidance, you’ll master the little tricks and cooking techniques that can be used in the everyday life, as well as how to prepare some of the most iconic and delicious recipes of Tuscan cuisine. You will also have the pleasure of learning how to make pappa al pomodoro, a rustic and comforting dish, Gnudi, soft ricotta and spinach dumplings, and Bordatino, hearty spelt soup and legumes. These are just some of the recipes that represent the true Tuscan cooking and will allow you to engage and captivate your guests because, as the saying goes, “You always cook with someone in mind, otherwise, you’re just preparing food.”

Your experience will take place within the boundaries of the Agriturismo Cà Lo Spelli, a 200-hectare organic farm that is zero-emission and completely self-sufficient in terms of energy. A true slice of perfect rural nature located 10 km from Livorno, where cereals, oil, wine, and cured meats are still cultivated and produced, and farmyard animals are raised just as in the past. The property includes 10 apartments of various sizes, all renovated in Tuscan style, and a renowned restaurant, the place for your cooking lesson.”
